As part of our organisational development plan, QBE Asia Pacific has had a graduate recruitment program in place for some time now.

We actively recruit high potential graduates many of which are international students who have come to Australia to further their education.


QBE Asia Pacific put our graduate recruits through an intensive development program in Australia, where they experience the various parts of our business within the QBE Australian Operations division.

We also provide functional experience at the divisional level within QBE Asia Pacific, at our Sydney base, and support the graduate through an industry-driven professional development program that leads to internationally recognised qualifications. It is a significant investment, and one in which we take great pride.

Our graduate recruits go on into technical positions throughout the Asia Pacific region as we develop their specialist expertise. Over time, they are often given the opportunity to work in a number of markets, making a significant contribution to the development of the local business strategy as well as honing their specialist skills.
