QBE Mercantile Mutual Business Pack Product wins Insurance Accolade Award

It has been a strong 12 months for QBE Mercantile Mutual. First they were awarded the 2002 NIBA "General Insurer of the Year", and now they have been awarded the Australian Banking & Finance Insurance Accolades "Best General Insurance Product" award for their Business Pack product.

On accepting the award, QBE Mercantile Mutual's Executive General Manager, Terry Ibbotson said "We are extremely proud to accept this award. The calibre of the other nominees was very high and it is an honour to receive the top billing."

The Australian Banking & Finance Insurance Accolades celebrate achievement in the insurance services industry. By encouraging and acknowledging achievement in insurance services the Accolades aim to strengthen and stimulate greater competition in the industry.

ING Australia were awarded the "Best Life Insurance Company" and "Best Promotion" (Billy Connolly Series).
