FSR Retail Product Solution Launch

QBE Mercantile Mutual has bundled together 4 solutions which are designed to ultimately assist intermediaries to drive their business in the new FSR environment. “Our goal is to provide efficiencies for our intermediaries under the FSR environment” says Terry Ibbotson, QBE Mercantile Mutual’s Executive General Manager. “Retail products are an integral part of QBE Mercantile Mutual offerings and we hope that our new solutions will drive improved profitability and decrease the potential for compliance breaches under FSRA for our brokers.”

The four solutions are:

1. Sunrise Web Products: Integrated Technology – saving you time and increasing profitability
2. FSR Enriched Home: Customised solutions – helping you do business your way
3. EFT/Instalment Billing: Credit Control solutions – saving you time and money
4. c.change/claims: Streamlining claims – increasing your efficiency

Each solution can be tailored to the intermediary's chosen advice model (no advice, general advice or personal advice) and will help reduce the administrative burden for all parties due to the online nature of the products.

The FSR Retail Products Solutions Package will be launched on 1 August 2003 and will be rolled out to all QBE Mercantile Mutual intermediaries in the following months. Detailed training and assistance will be provided to ensure a smooth transition to the new products.
