QBE Mercantile Mutual announces Marine business updates
QBE Mercantile Mutual are pleased to announce that their Marine business is now available on their member only c.change network. This will enable intermediaries to view all their transactions in the one place, and by the end of June, they will be able to enquire on, and monitor claims online.

Executive General Manager, Terry Ibbotson, stated, “this brings Marine into line with the rest of our product suite and offers a one-stop portal for intermediaries to manage their business more effectively.”

QBE Mercantile Mutual’s c.change facility has also recently been further updated to allow intermediaries to do business their way through new functionalities which include:

• An activity alert on watched transactions
• A year to date results summary
• The ability to view new claims from multiple sources
• A function that informs the intermediaries of the business that has been processed for the month
• A functionality that keeps the intermediaries aware of policies that are due for renewal.

All of these transactions are tailored to the individual intermediary, based on their log in status so they can easily track their own clients and business transactions.
