Omega is our in house 24-Hour World Wide Emergency assistance network. This quality operation is staffed by our Medical Director, four Critical Care Nurses and three Registered Nurses along with an extensive team of over 60 Aeromedical Intensive Care Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics who are all specialist in their given fields. OMEGA was also proactive in creating a Critical Care Aeromedical Environment in a Lear 24 Jet, which is certified to carry patients in a critical care environment by the Civil Aviation Authority.

The quality of our operation is attested to by the outsourcing of QMEGA's services to competing Travel Insurance providers and the provision of Medical Rescue Services to other Assistance Companies and the Australian Consulate in various overseas countries.
