 Terms & Conditions:

1. Employees' Compensation Insurance  (“Promotion”) is provided by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited (“QBE Hong Kong”)
2. The Promotion is only available between 00:01 on 1 December 2024 to 23:59 on 31 March 2025 (Hong Kong Time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, each new employees‘ Compensation Insurance (EC Section) issued (no claims records in the past three years)and provide documents (Renewal notice (EC) of existing company, QBE application form with sign and seal, MPF record (At least the last 3 months), Business Registration)   and transaction date must be on/ before 31 March 2025 , the policy can be 10% off.
4. Premium calculation of Employees' Compensation Insurance is 10% off for Renewal notice (EC) of existing company.
5. Promotion applied to all industry exclude F&B restaurant, renovation, site work and industries not covered by QBE.
6. No refund of premium will be allowed once the policy is issued when the policy enjoy promotion campaign.
7. The above general insurance product ("Product") is underwritten by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited ("QBE Hong Kong") which is authorised and regulated in
8. Hong Kong by the Insurance Authority and is only applicable to licensed insurance agents of Manulife (International) Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability), who have also registered as licensed insurance agents appointed by QBE Hong Kong.
9. QBE Hong Kong has the absolute right to interpret the terms and conditions and reserves the right to change or cancel the Promotion and its related arrangements without further notice. 
10. In case of any dispute arising from the Promotion, QBE Hong Kong’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
11. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of this document, the English version shall prevail.
