Each policy renewed via Qnect "Manage My Portfolio" Dashboard, you can earn extra 10 Qclub points.

  
 

How to renew policy on Qnect? 

  1. Menu option “Policy Servicing” then select “Manage renewals”.
  2. Click “Search”: Search result will default as policy which expired in coming 2 months
    You may select “Advanced” if you want to change the search setting.
  3. Click "PDF" to view Renewal Notice
  4. At top left corner, turn on "cc me in all emails" function (if needed). You will be cc'ed in all renewal email if you turn on this function.
  5. If "Customer Email" is empty, select "Add Email" under "Action" which located on right hand side
  6. Click on "Action" again and then select "Send Email"
  7. Client will receive a renewal email
    For Personal Product and Qnect Commercial Product: Client will receive renewal notice and payment link
    For Non-Qnect Commercial Product: Client will receive renewal notice

#Promotion Period consists of Phase 1 (1 July to 31 August 2021), Phase 2 (1 September to 31 December 2021)

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Campaign is only applicable to agent who renewed policy via Qnect "Manage My Portfolio" Dashboard during the “Promotion Period”( 1 July to 31 December 2021).
  2. The Qclub points from the above promotions will be released via Qclub mobile app within one month after the “Promotion Period”(ie: one month from 31 August 2021 in phase 1, one month from 31 December 2021 in phase 2).
  3. The above general insurance product ("Product") is underwritten by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited (“QBE Hong Kong”) which is authorised and regulated in Hong Kong by the Insurance Authority and is only applicable to licensed insurance agents of Manulife (International) Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability), who have also registered as licensed insurance agents appointed by QBE Hong Kong.
  4. In case of disputes, please contact QBE Hong Kong directly. QBE Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision and modify or terminate the above promotion offers.
