Qnect Renewal - Each policy earns extra 10 Qclub Points.

Each policy renewed via Qnect "Manage My Portfolio" Dashboard, earn extra 10 Qclub points.

  
 

How to renew policy on Qnect? 

  1. Menu option “Policy Servicing” then select “Manage renewals”.
  2. Click “Search”: Search result will default as policy which expired in coming 2 months
    You may select “Advanced” if you want to change the search setting.
  3. Click "PDF" to view Renewal Notice
  4. At top left corner, turn on "cc me in all emails" function (if needed). You will be cc'ed in all renewal email if you turn on this function.
  5. If "Customer Email" is empty, select "Add Email" under "Action" which located on right hand side
  6. Click on "Action" again and then select "Send Email"
  7. Client will receive a renewal email
    • For Personal Product and Qnect Commercial Product: Client will receive renewal notice and payment link
    • For Non-Qnect Commercial Product: Client will receive renewal notice

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Qnect Renewal(“Promotion”) is provided by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited (“QBE Hong Kong”)
  2. The Promotion is only available between 00:01 on 1 January 2022 to 23:59 on 31 March 2022 (Hong Kong Time) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, each renewal policy issued on Qnect, will be entitled to 10 Qclub points.
  4. The Qclub points will be released via Qclub mobile app within one month after the Promotion Period.
  5. The Promotion is only applicable to renewal policies issued on Qnect Platform.
  6. The above general insurance product ("Product") is underwritten by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited (“QBE Hong Kong”) which is authorised and regulated in Hong Kong by the Insurance Authority and is only applicable to licensed insurance agents of Manulife (International) Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability), who have also registered as licensed insurance agents appointed by QBE Hong Kong.
  7. QBE Hong Kong has the absolute right to interpret the terms and conditions and reserves the right to change or cancel the Promotion and its related arrangements without further notice. 
  8. In case of any dispute arising from the Promotion, QBE Hong Kong’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  9. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of this document, the English version shall prevail.
