Terms & Conditions:

1. Travel Insurance(“Promotion”)is provided by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited (“QBE Hong Kong”)
2. The Promotion is only available between 00:01 on 1 October 2024 to 23:59 on 31 December 2024 (Hong Kong Time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, agent (Qnect) or client (B2C) can get AirSim Card with stored value HK$20 when Issuing new travel policy on Qnect / B2C customer platform (Bronze or Silver Plan); And agent (Qnect) or client (B2C) can get AirSim Card with stored value HK$50 when Issuing new travel policy on Qnect / B2C customer platform (Gold Plan).
4. The above redemption link will be sent to the agent or policyholder’s registered email within one month after the policy effective date. All unused Rewards after the redemption period will be forfeited automatically.
5. No refund of premium will be allowed once the policy is issued when the policy enjoy promotion rewards in the campaign.
6. The above general insurance product ("Product") is underwritten by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited ("QBE Hong Kong") which is authorised and regulated in Hong Kong by the Insurance Authority and is only applicable to licensed insurance agents of Manulife (International) Limited (incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability), who have also registered as licensed insurance agents appointed by QBE Hong Kong.
7. QBE Hong Kong has the absolute right to interpret the terms and conditions and reserves the right to change or cancel the Promotion and its related arrangements without further notice. 
8. In case of any dispute arising from the Promotion, QBE Hong Kong’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
9. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of this document, the English version shall prevail.
