In the community
Everyday spending, extraordinary goodness
Premiums4Good is a unique, new global initiative from QBE, where we direct a portion of everyday insurance spending in areas creating positive environmental or social change. It’s a simple way to benefit those who need it most, at no additional cost or risk to the customer.
Keeping people out of danger, safe and secure
Vinnies CEO Sleepout
A home isn’t just an investment – it provides sanctuary, helping to keep you out of danger, safe and secure. The QBE LMI team is passionate about all people having a roof over their head and this includes Phil White, CEO of QBE LMI who, every year, attends the CEO Sleepout, which is a fundraiser driving awareness of homelessness and helping to provide the homeless with a night off the streets.
The QBE Foundation
The QBE Foundation is a global initiative to help us give back to the communities in which we operate. Launched in 2011 to mark our 125th anniversary year, the Foundation formalises QBE’s long history of community involvement and corporate giving into a structured, global approach.
Reconciliation Action Plan
Promoting equality and preserving Indigenous culture, values and traditions
Our vision for the future is to make it possible for Australia’s First Peoples to be valued, accepted and have equality in society. To help achieve this vision, we launched our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in July 2015.
QBE prides itself on its enduring partnerships across sporting codes, the arts and ecological conservation. We are driven by a strong sense of corporate responsibility and consider our commitment to the greater Australian community a priority.
