Upcoming Change to IHP Portal and Mobile App Login Requirements

Effective 1 July 2026

In alignment with the advisory issued on 2 February 2026 by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), Integrated Health Plans (IHP) – QBE’s claims administrator for Group Medical Insurance and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance – will be migrating all users of its portal and mobile application to a new set of login credentials with effect from 1 July 2026.
