  • Accredited Smash Repairer

    Your QBE Accredited Smash Repairer (ASR) will:

    • Aim to call you within four business hours
    • Provide a complimentary service(s)* that you can choose from e.g. taxi voucher of $50 each way to travel to and from their shop, or an Uber credit ($100 to be used within a 6-week period from the issued date of credit)
    • Give you premium service including a wash and vacuum

  • Heavy Vehicle Repairer

    Your QBE heavy vehicle repairer will provide:

    • Auto authorisations on repairs up to 15k excl GST when self-assessing criteria is met*
    • Online & on-site assessments delivering faster turnaround*
    • Quality service with latest equipment, technology and industry knowledge for heavy vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
    • Mobility travel vouchers $50 each way e.g. taxi or Uber
    • Priority service to QBE customers

    Your QBE towing partner will organise all your towing requirements including:

    • 24/7 emergency towing services for all passenger and light commercial vehicles, light commercial trucks, heavy vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, motorcycles, caravans, farm equipment and machinery
    • Accident scene management and incident towing
    • Follow up or trade tows
    • Heavy vehicle towing and recovery

  • Accredited Motorcycle Repairer

    Your QBE Accredited Motorcycle Repairer (AMR) will:

    • Aim to call you within one business day
    • Start your approved repairs faster*
    • Provide a premium service including a motorcycle wash and clean

    Our AMR’s are experts in all leading motorcycle brands. QBE also provides a guarantee for all authorised repairs.
