By logging in through QBE Qnect or eService, your policy details are automatically populated, ensuring that your premium payments are sent directly to us. This seamless process offers a fast and hassle-free way to make payments to QBE Singapore.
Other digital payment methods
To ensure smooth processing of your policy payment via other digital payment methods, please indicate your policy number in the reference number field. Omitting your policy number can result in processing delay.
Please refer to the following steps if you are making payment for your policy via PayNow:
- Scan the PayNow QR code with your device, or
- Enter our UEN Number 198401363CHL2. Ensure that QBE Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is indicated as the entity name.
- Indicate the payment amount required
- In the Reference Number field, enter your policy number

- Select “Pay Bills” > Select “Insurance” > Select “QBE Insurance”
- Enter your policy number, name, contact number and premium amount
- Follow the steps on the screen to make payment
