General Questions
eService is a one-stop portal which gives you access to view your policy details, download policy documents, submit claims and check claims status online anywhere, anytime.
For the time being, only personal insurance policies issued in your name are available on eService.
Please inform us by completing an electronic form via Contact Us or send an email to myaccount.sg@qbe.com.
You may check your personal particulars (mobile number and email address) by clicking the top right icon on the eService website site upon login. To update it, please inform us by completing an electronic form via Contact Us or send an email to myaccount.sg@qbe.com.

In 3 easy steps:

  1. Login to eService with your Singpass
  2. Click on the relevant policy tile under My Policy
  3. Scroll to Documents section and you may download specific documents type, email all documents to designated email address or download all documents

  3. At the top, click “Manage Policy” and click “Submit a Claim” and complete the online form on the subsequent page
Login via Singpass
Singpass app is a mobile application that you can use as an alternative method for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for various digital services. To find out more, visit https://app.singpass.gov.sg/.
Desktop access
Step 1: Open your Singpass app on your mobile.
Step 2: Tap “Scan” at the bottom of the app and this will open up the in-app camera.
Step 3: Point the in-app camera at the QR code displayed on eService login page.
Step 4: Perform the necessary verification on your mobile.

Mobile Access
Simply tap the QR code displayed on eService login page and you will be directed to Singpass app installed on your mobile to perform the necessary verification.
 
Access is secure as this is done via Singpass Login which requires two factor authentication (2FA).
