PARIMA partners with QBE to empower future risk leaders through the Next-Gen Risk Takers Challenge

2 March 2026 – The Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (“PARIMA”) has announced a strategic partnership with QBE Asia as Title Sponsor of the PARIMA Next-Gen Risk Takers Challenge 2026.
The partnership reflects PARIMA and QBE’s shared focus on nurturing emerging risk talent across Asia, equipping young practitioners with practical exposure, industry insights, and professional development within the risk and insurance ecosystem.
Each challenge will be evaluated by a three-member judging panel, comprising two representatives from PARIMA and one representative from QBE, reflecting a collaborative industry-led approach to talent development.

In 2026, PARIMA will host six Next-Gen Risk Takers Challenge rounds across six cities — Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Mumbai, Penang and Beijing. One winner will be selected from each city, with all six winners invited to attend PARIMA’s Singapore Conference, where they will compete in the Grand Final Challenge.
The 2026 Grand Winner of the Next-Gen Risk Takers Challenge will be offered the opportunity to participate in the 2027 edition of Equip, QBE’s flagship broker development program or an equivalent leadership development programme, subject to availability.
