Home and Contents claims (HPK policies) can be lodged using QBE’s digital claims tool.

Currently QBE’s digital claims tool can be used for lodgement only. You will still be required to use c.change to attach supporting documents at lodgement or when you are managing the claim yourself.

Yes, QBE’s digital claims tool also gives you the option of using your own supplier.

Yes, if the claim has not referred and falls within your authority limit you can manage the claim end to end. However if you require, or select, a panel builder the claim will be referred to QBE to manage.

No, you cannot use a panel supplier if you wish to use your straight-through process authority limit. At lodgement you will have the choice to allocate a panel builder and if you do so the claim will refer to QBE to be managed end to end.
