Outside In is an online community for our customers to share their feedback and bring the outside view of QBE...inside! We’ll use your feedback to shape the future of our products and services.
Look out for our email. Signing up is easy. Just follow the steps in the email. It’ll take 5-7 minutes.
We’ll invite you to take part in things like online questionnaires, interviews, focus groups and online forums. Check out the terms and conditions.
If you sign up to Outside In, we’ll only use your email to invite you to participate in Outside In. However, if you have also signed up to QBE’s general mailing list you may also receive emails from QBE in relation to other products and services.
The focus will always be on how we can make things better for our customers. It’ll include things like new product ideas, what you want from us as your insurer, and how we can improve things to make your life easier.
Outside In is managed by our QBE research consultancy partner Potentiate on their survey platform called Alida Insights.
