Q. How do I qualify for an eGift Card
A. Register your details here then renew and pay your vehicle’s registration and select QBE for a 12-month policy. Offer is available to the following premium classes:
- 1/51: Passenger vehicle
- 2/52: Goods Carrying Light (<4.5T GVM)
- 4/54: Goods Carrying Primary Producer

A. Unfortunately, $25 eGift Cards are only available on 12-month policies.
Q. Is the $25 eGift Card available for Motorcycles?
A. Unfortunately, $25 eGift Cards are only available on 12-month policies for premium classes:
- 1/51: Passenger Vehicle
- 2/52: Goods Carrying Light (<4.5T GVM)
- 4/54: Goods Carrying Primary Producer
Q. Can I receive multiple eGift Cards if I register multiple vehicles?
A. Yes, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined on this page. You’re entitled to one eGift Card for every eligible vehicle you renew the registration and select QBE for a 12-month CTP policy for. You will need to complete our eGift Card registration form for each vehicle.
Q. What happens if my registration isn’t due for renewal now?
A. The promotional period is 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, unless extended. If your registration is due within the promotional period, you can still lodge your details now. When it comes time to renew and pay your registration, don’t forget to select QBE for a 12-month policy. You’ll then receive an email within 5 business days after paying for your registration, detailing how you can claim your eGift Card.

Q. Who is providing the eGift Card?
A. Prezzee is our gift card provider You’ll receive a link to their site to activate your card. They’re one of Australia’s leading gift card providers.
Q. When will I receive your eGift Card
A. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to use your eGift Card within 5 business days of selecting QBE for a CTP 12-month policy, and renewing and paying for your vehicle’s registration.
Q. What to do if you haven’t received your gift card within 5 business days of registering your vehicle
A.Please email ctpsa@qbe.com or call on 1300 429 528 (option 2) and we'll look into it.
Q. How can I spend my eGift Card?
A.When you receive your eGift Card, you’ll need to swap it for a retailer gift card of your choice. You can choose from a range of brands including supermarkets and retailers. Full instructions on how to use your eGift Card are available online.
Q. Who can help if I’m having trouble with my eGift Card?
A. Please contact Prezzee, our eGift Card provider, on (02) 8880 0927. Their contact centre is open Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) 8am – 6pm AEST.
Q. How long is my gift card valid for?
A. You must swap your eGift Card for a retailer gift card within 12-months. Once you have swapped, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years to spend your $25.
