If your customer calls you after a car accident, you or your customer can now use eClaims website to notify QBE Hong Kong to manage the vehicle repair and claim in one go!
When your customer uses QBE Hong Kong panel repairer, there is 12 month warranty and no upfront payment required. You will be notified via email if any of your customer submits claims and the claims status is available on eClaims website for your easy follow up.

To ensure all of your customers save the eClaims website, we will send out a SMS on Oct 12 to all customers with "In Force" policies with message below. Note that your customers can submit claims and view the FAQs on eClaims website directly. If you wish to opt out from this SMS service for your customers, please click here to inform us before Oct 11.
