Qnect Login Failure

Dear Partner,

We have heard feedback from our partners that they are unable to access Qnect (Login Failure) on 18 March 2020 and it is said to be our Qnect problem.

We have investigated the incident. It turned out that Google has updated its cookie policy for Chrome V.80 which is causing the failure for Qnect login if you are using Chrome to access our portal. Please see Article here

There is little we can do when browsers update their policies, and it affects us. What we can do is to quickly update our Qnect or platform to adjust for the new cookie policy. We have done that on 19 March morning. So you can now access Qnect on Chrome.

In future when such things happen again, do try to use another browser such as Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge or Safari to access Qnect. At the same time, notify us that we can update our Qnect as well.

Thanks to our partners for raising this to our attention, giving us an opportunity to clarify with you and also share with you how we can continue to access Qnect from other browsers should similar incident happens again! We hear a lot about our Qnect and that it is not stable. This is definitely not true as you can see from our explanation above.

We know Qnect is not perfect but trust us when we said we are working our best in QBE to make Qnect truly a good experience for you!

Regards,
