From December 4, 2023, to January 31, 2024, customers who purchase the Single Trip Travel Insurance Gold Plan (new business) will be enjoyed for coverage against accidental physical loss of their mobile phone. Qclub App Update Recently, we have received inquiries from agents regarding the issue of Pacific Coffee QR code not being displayed or usable in the Qclub App. In response to this, the Qclub system has been updated. Agents please update the Qclub system on Google Play or the Apple App Store. |
We update the function of policy issuance and renewal in consolidate lazy dummies. making it easier for agents to find insurance features and policy issuance instructions, thereby enabling agents to complete policy issuance more efficiently. In the future, we will also gradually launch other insurance lazy dummies for agents to refer to.
