Reminder

QBE Hong Kong’s service counter system will be upgraded on 1 February 2023. Priority Service will be offered to  QBE Hong Kong Top Agents in 2022. Top Agent may choose [Qclub Diamond Agent] ticket in Agency Service Centre system or Agent SAM. It saves queuing time for more new business.

If ineligible agent presents a [Qclub Diamond Agent] ticket at counter, the agent will be requested to re-take a new ticket to queue again for the eligible counter.

You may check your Qclub status on the Qclub App. For any inquiries, please contact your relationship manager.

20% discount for renewal policies had stopped earlier.

From March 1 2023, payment option form will be stopped to use. if you would like to use credit card, please use QBE's payfast link for payment. Cheque and bank transfer function are available.

Agents and clients will be received overdue payment reminder since 1 January . Please remind clients to pay premium before cancellation.
