Last year, QBE Hong Kong increased the agent commission for motor insurance (comprehensive) to 24.5%, and this promotion campaign was highly successful, helping agents to expand their business in motor insurance (comprehensive). Riding on this positive trend, from February 1st, 2025, to December 31st, 2025, QBE Hong Kong will continue to maintain the agent commission for comprehensive car insurance at 24.5%.

To enhance the  claims process for domestic helpers while maintaining our service quality,  the outpatient benefits under the domestic helper insurance policy ( new or renewal policy)  will be changed from the UMP panel n to allowing you to select outpatient services of your choice effective from 1 March 2025,All claims for domestic helper insurance will be processed through QBE’s eClaims platform.  (NO UMP medical card will be issued).
