Employees' Compensation Insurance Salary Certification Knowledge Tips Regardless of whether the policy is newly insured or renewal policy, Agent needs to remind the client to provide evidence of actual earnings paid for the insured period. Evidence can be in for form of: recent Pay book records, Taxation documentation, MPF returns or other records that provide confirmation of the level of salaries, wages and other earnings paid to employees over the past 12 months. Please note that this certificate needs to list the monthly salary of each employee (Example: All Members - Remittance Statement), Documents that do not justify the calculation of the total payroll (e.g. cash account balance) will NOT be accepted. Please remind your customers that salary evidence is a mandatory document to be submitted for all Employees' Compensation renewal policies or new business policies. |

I have been approached by Kenny (Agent code E333459) on 13 June 2022 for a standalone Employees Compensation Insurance (ECI) quotation for his MPF customer after my district meeting. Kenny has been very supportive of our Qnect SME package.
