Agent / Client Statement of Account has replaced Commission Statement since March 2020. You can download your Agent / Client Statement of Account on Qnect for the same commission details by following the steps below, please refer to the Statement of Account Notice User Guide for the details of the format.

In order to keep track of our communications and re-enforce our service delivery, please take email as an official communication channel to submit applications or place instructions to Relationship Managers.


To provide a much simpler and faster claims experience for your customers, Digital Motor claims has launched in March this year. Customers can now submit a motor claim on any device, anytime, anywhere at claims.qbe.com/hk/motor.

QBE Asia’s Lei Yu, CEO North Asia and Regional Head of Distribution, recently spoke with Asia Insurance Review explains how QBE digital capabilities enhance competitiveness for business partners and ultimately benefits customers.
“Insurance has always been thought of as a face-to-face business where you have to use paper and physically visit clients or locations to evaluate risk. But people are starting to be more comfortable with the idea of technology doing most of those things. QBE has a digital platform that generates quotes for brokers and we have received good feedback from our broker partners who like the fact that they can interact seamlessly with us online and thus be able to deliver a quick turnaround for their clients. Not a lot of insurers in Hong Kong do that. Many still rely on physical copies and forms and so what we have been able to do with technology has given people some assurance.”
