QBE Customer eService website is now available! Policyholders can now view their insurance policy details, download documents, submit claims, and check claims status online. For more information, please click Customer Quick Guide to download or visit qbe.com/hk/eservice

Important Note:
As QBE Hong Kong agents, you could continue to use Qnect to access all your customers' policy information. eService is for customers to access their own policy details (listed under the same HKID no.).

Starting now, you and your customers can easily use “Qchat” to send Whatsapp messages to our Customer Service team and get general information about QBE products, or enquire about designated accounts, transactions, claims or digital platforms.

Save “Qchat” +852 2828 1998 to your contacts and message “Qchat” when you have any enquiries. QBE representative is ready to answer your questions, from Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (HKT) except public holiday.
