We know your time is valuable and we want to you and your customer to get information quickly without queuing on our customer service hotline or waiting for our email response. Now all QBE individual customers can use eService to access to their policies information with QBE Hong Kong at their fingertips.
What can customer do on eService?
- Check policy details: After login, customers can retrieve policies that are listed under their HKID provided during policy applications. Policy details such as product type, insured name, period of insurance and policy status are available.
- Download policy documents: Policies documents such as policy schedule, policy wording, and receipts are available for download or email.
- Submit claims: Since login is required, customer will also be able to submit a claims directly on the selected policy, skipping policy authentication questions.
Can agents use eService?
We do not recommend agents/brokers to use eService as it is more convenience for agents/brokers to use Qnect to access all customers’ policy information with a single login. Note that eService is designed for customer use, meaning each customer can only see his/her own policy details.
