Under the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, online platforms and digital tools have become indispensable components to maintain day-to-day insurance business. To empower our agents to conduct business activities more efficiently, new features will be made available on Qnect Agent Portal effective from 1st September, 2020:

 

Qnect Negotiated Quote Submission & Quotation Dashboard

 

You can now submit the negotiated quote to us through Qnect instead of email and manage all your submitted quotes at one single point. A full record of quotes including status, result, conversations and attachments of subsequent emails can be tracked on Qnect so you don’t have to bother searching the response emails you need from your massive email box anymore!

Qnect Pay Fast

 

You can now issue a one-time payment link to your customers for collecting premium of issued policies. The payment collection process can be completed online in a speedy manner without the use of paper forms. Customers feel safer to process payment online without the involvement of third party in handling their credit card information.

Other Updates

You can now login to Qnect to do endorsment on non-premium information of Personal Accident Protection products such as Policy Holder’s Name, Date of birth and HKID/ Passport number.
