Lastest Qnect Product Enhancement
You can now renew these polices or update relevant policy and coverage details on Qnect in just a few simple steps, anytime, anywhere.

Simplify Quotation Referral Process
We have listened to your feedback and have made an enhancement to simplify your quotation referral process. You are now able to proceed with either issue a cover note or a policy once as soon as your referral full-binding quote has been approved by QBE.
Operational Control with Underwriting Guidelines
In accordance with the underwriting guidelines, the following functions on Qnect will be discontinued:
- Editing the effective date of the cover note during conversion to policy; and
- Changing the cover type of the cover note or endorsement.
Starting from 1 November 2019, QBE Hong Kong will no longer accept paper/email domestic helper claim submissions. Only online claims submission will be accepted.
Our Digital Domestic Helper Claims service offers a simpler and faster claims experience. You can submit a claim anytime, anywhere at claims.qbe.com/hk/helper. You can find the instructional video, FAQs and check the claim status on our Digital Claims platform.
