Lastest Qnect Product Enhancement
We are pleased to announce the launch of full renewal functionality for Home and Domestic helper and One-Click Renewal for non Qnect products.
You can now upgrade or adjust benefits for Home, or update the personal particulars of the Domestic Helper policies on Qnect anytime, anywhere.

From now on, the minimum premium for both new and renewal policies of Employees’ Compensation is lowered from HK$2,000 to HK$1,200.
Please note that the minimum premium of Employees’ Compensation Section under Shop / Office Protection Package will remain unchanged.

Notice of Insurance Automation
From now on, you may also issue Notice of Insurance on Qnect after you have issued the Shop / Office Protection Package policy. Now you can simply quote, apply and issue this policy and Notice of Insurance on Qnect online in a fast and timely way.
Attachment Function
We have also added the attachment function for the Shop / Office Protection Package to make it easier for you to submit any supporting documents such as employees’ compensation wage roll declaration forms on Qnect. This function is available during the quotation, endorsement and renewal process.
This means that for customers who do not meet these property requirements, you are now able to obtain a quote on Qnect, subject to a premium loading for the Property section of the Shop / Office Protection Package.
This means that you can now issue Motor quotations and renew Motor policies through Qnect as usual. New pricing will be applied accordingly.

Customers can now check their travel or domestic helper insurance claim status anytime and anywhere at claims.qbe.com/hk/status.
