Starting from 16 December 2019, you can download your QBE Hong Kong e-business card on Qnect. Print copies can be requested on Qclub. The price is HK$290 per 200 pieces and relevant charges will be collected upon delivery to your office.

For Digital Travel Claims, depreciation rates for lost or damaged items are now available to customers to provide greater transparency throughout the claims process. The depreciation rates are also included in payment confirmation emails to customers.
Customers can now choose to send a copy of all email notifications to their dedicated agents on our Digital Travel/ Domestic Helper Claims platform.
