4. The above e-vouchers will be sent to the agent Qclub mobile app within two months after promotion. The e-vouchers will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
5. No refund of premium will be allowed once the policy is issued when the policy enjoy the campaign.

8. The Chinese version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
