QBE Travel e-Claims Service QBE provide well protected travel coverage and attractive travel promotion. We also have premium claims service to customer. Recently, we have received praise from customers for the fast and efficient online claim service of QBE travel. Customers submit claims through QBE Travel e-Claims which will be processed within 24 hours. QBE Hong Kong has been committed to improving the service system and customer experience. We have achieved that 50% of travel e-claims are approved within 3 days. We will optimize the system and improve service quality to meet customer needs by our efforts. |

In order to ensuring the continuity of the policy to avoid the risk of interruption of protection after insurance period expires and saving agent's time to simplify renewal process, newly insured Qnect policies included annual travel insurance, home insurance, personal accident insurance and residential fire insurance from 23 July 2023. These policies will be auto-renewal after payment by credit card. However, agents should be caution that auto-renewal does not guarantee renewal. If the renewal policy is underwritten, auto renewal policy will be suspended until underwriting process is completed. Details please click here for review. |
