Strat from June 1, 2022 , QBE Hong Kong Travel Insurance will have the following arrangements and updates:
New Policy Issued: Endorsement will be part of the Policy issued automatically
Existing Policy ( Only applicable to new/ travel insurance policy launched on or after 16 May 2022): Coverage will be effective from 1 June 2022, endorsement will be attached as part of policy document upon renewal.

Up to a maximum of HK$1,000,000 Medical Expenses (outside Hong Kong) related to Covid-19
Diagnosed during mandatory hotel quarantine
Hospital or Quarantine Allowance
Trip Cancelation
Trip Curtailment

Automatic Extension of Period of Insurance( Click here for extension wording, only Eng available)

Policy shall automatically extend the cover up to a maximum of twenty-one (21) calendar days.

Staycation Extension ( Applicable for Annual Travel ONLY, Click here for extension wording, only Eng available)

It is hereby noted and agreed that the below benefits are extended to cover the Insured Person participates in Staycation within Hong Kong.
