How to renew policy on Qnect?
  1. Menu option “Policy Servicing” then select “Manage renewals”.
  2. Click “Search”: Search result will default as policy which expired in coming 2 months You may select “Advanced” if you want to change the search setting.
  3. Click "PDF" to view Renewal Notice
  4. At top left corner, turn on "cc me in all emails" function (if needed). You will be cc'ed in all renewal email if you turn on this function.
  5. If "Customer Email" is empty, select "Add Email" under "Action" which located on right hand side
  6. Click on "Action" again and then select "Send Email"
  7. Client will receive a renewal email
    • For Personal Product and Qnect Commercial Product: Client will receive renewal notice and payment link
    • For Non-Qnect Commercial Product: Client will receive renewal notice

  1. Any email sent to the QBE Underwriting email ([email protected]) MUST follow this subject line guideline to ensure prompt triage and process. ONLY emails following the guidelines will be counted towards our service time. Any email not specifying the inquiry type will be treated as general inquiry and therefore service time is not guaranteed.
  2. Once you have sent an email enquiry to the underwriting e-mailbox, you will receive an automatic reply with a reference ID (G*-HK*******). When you
    follow up or send additional information for the same case via email, please include the reference ID in your email subject in order to avoid system creating a new reference ID for the same case, which will delay the underwriting process.
