Starting from 15 June 2021 to 14 July 2021, you will raise HK$1 to support those who are affected by the climate crisis for every 10 steps you take. Every step you take will help reverse climate change and support vulnerable groups.

How to participate?

  1. Record the highest number of steps you take within 24 hours by using step counter apps
  2. When you're done, simply take a screenshot of your steps record
  3. Upload the screenshot that shows your record to campaign website
You can also upload the challenge record to social platforms to share information with friends and relatives or make a donation to encourage more people to provide support to those affected by climate change. Donation methods can be found here.

The pandemic has led to a big increase in digital usage across all areas of life in Hong Kong, particularly as a result of more people working from home.

More than half (53%) of the Hong Kong SMEs surveyed had accelerated investment in digital technologies to improve efficiency, resilience and growth. The majority said they have now digitalised their business process – 59% now, up from 51% pre-COVID. Areas such as e-commerce platforms and software, employee systems and online marketing remain central in their investment planning for 2021.
