With the issuance of e-Policy Document, it does not only contribute to the environment we all live in, but our clients can enjoy the extra convenience by saving the e-Policy document electronically where they can easily refer to it whenever needed.

 

The e-Policy documents will be in PDF format with unique password protection (which is respective agent account number). Most policy wordings will also provide an access link for the intermediary / client. Policy documents will attach to the email (Nature listed as below) according to transaction types: New business, renewal, endorsement, cancellation and product type.

Following the third-wave of COVID-19 outbreak in Hong Kong, many offices have transitioned to Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangements to protect the safety and wellbeing of their employees, business partners and customers.

 

To enable you and your clients to conduct your daily operations with minimal impact during this period, QBE HK has extended the digital capabilities of eClaims to all insurance products.

 

Starting from 9 August 2020, you and your clients can use eClaims to submit claims online and can select bank transfer as preferred payment method for faster claims settlement. Claims submission can be done in few easy steps within minutes via this link, no login is required.

 

eClaims also offers your customer an option to send a copy of email notification to responsible agent, so you can now stay better informed and easy manage your customers’ claims.

Pay Fast, the new features is available on Qnect Agent Portal effective from 1st September, 2020, You can send a one-time payment link to customer for collecting the premium of the issued policy. It is fast to complete the payment process without filling in the payment option form. Without third party involved in processing the credit card information, customers can feel secure when paying online.

 

Starting from 1 Jan, 2021, please download the Payment Option Form from Qnect, if required.
