Check whether your staff and business premises are safe and secure every day, including the appropriate health and safety signage and wellness programs.
- Identify any potential hazards to your business or premises
- Implement or refresh safety and maintenance protocols
- Chat with your team about healthy workplace cultures
- Make sure you have changed the fire alarm batteries
- Enquire with QBE about how to prepare for the claims process.

Q3. Am I ready?
Check that you are prepared for incidents such as bushfires, storms and floods, including understanding the claims process and business recovery.
- Review bushfire, storm and flood disaster safety plans
- Meet with your team about what to do in an emergency
- Create a business continuity strategy in case of an incident
- Know how to document damage and keep track of expenses
- Check that your insurance policy continues to cover what you need.

Q4. Am I organised?
Check that important documents, processes and data are secure and prepare for the next quarter with your broker.
- Make sure that your records are accurate and up-to-date
- File receipts, invoices and photographs of your assets
- Back up any important documents in multiple formats
- Review and refine protocols and processes from the previous year
