Using Upgraded Qnect

1. Enhanced menu bar

3. Quotation Dashboard
 
All your submitted quotes and requests can be monitored on the Quotation Dashboard. It also helps you to consolidate and manage all quotes and requests of all products in one single touchpoint.

4. HKID Number Validation
 
To ensure customer security and data quality, we have introduced a new HKID number validation on Qnect. Upon policy issuance during new business, endorsement and renewal, all new and existing customers' HKID number will be validated by Qnect. Only a valid HKID number will be accepted
 
If the existing HKID number is invalid, you are required to update the HKID number before processing the renewal.

An instant confirmation will be sent immediately upon receipt of the submission of a claim, and payment will be made via bank transfer - the entire process is efficient, direct and contactless.

2. Claims submit online via Qnect

Ease to submit claims for customers via Qnect, with a comprehensive view of all online claim submissions and status under your portfolio.

  1. Login to Qnect (http://partner.qbe.com/hk)
  2. Search the policy for claim submission
  3. Under the Policy Options tab, click “New Claim
  4. Fill in the eClaims form and submit
