QBE Hong Kong has introduced the eClaims Service since August 2020 which is a simpler and faster way for you and your clients to submit claims for all QBE products anytime, anywhere, and via any devices. 

We have also introduced QBE Home Contractor services for customers who need home damage repair. Throughout the Home insurance eClaims process, customers can now choose to appoint a QBE Home contractor who will contact our customers within 4 business hours, this way our customers can experience a faster survey and settlement of claims. During this summer, QBE Hong Kong Foundation is pleased to take part in a meaningful event - " Enjoy Summer Vacation! Spark of Life Summer Programme” organised by Save the Children Hong Kong. It is a community mapping tour at Sham Shui Po, a historical blue-collar neighbourhood in Hong Kong. Our volunteers get to go around the district with a group of children living in subdivided flats, to learn more about the area where the children are living in and together ideate what we can do more to improve the community. Thanks to Save the Children Hong Kong and our little tour guides for spending a fun and meaningful afternoon with our volunteers.
