QBE North America Appoints Michael Lammons as New Non-Executive Director
QBE North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Lammons as a Non-Executive Director of the QBE North America Board of Directors.
Michael is a Non-Executive Director, Qualified Financial Expert and M&A strategist with deep expertise in M&A strategy, post-acquisition integration, audit oversight, financial governance, and complex accounting and regulatory matters. He brings more than two decades of experience advising public and private boards, audit committees and private equity portfolio companies through acquisitions, IPO readiness, financial integration and risk mitigation.
For the last decade, Michael has been a partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice, advising on financial oversight, risk, governance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to KPMG, Michael served as a partner in PwC’s audit practice for more than a decade, advising management and audit committees on internal controls, governance, regulatory and financial reporting matters.
In addition to his professional roles, Michael has served on nonprofit boards for more than 25 years and has Audit Committee chair experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an International Board Director Competency Designation through M. A. Pfister Strategy Group, and has completed certification programs in Private Equity Governance and ESOP Governance through the Private Director’s Association.
