I have already lodged a claim, how do I lodge another claim for my subsequent follow-up medical expenses?


For Single Trip Travel insurance, the policy allows the insured person to receive follow-up medical consultations/treatments for the same sickness or injury during his/her journey within 90 days from date of return to Hong Kong. Any relevant medical receipt(s) must be sent to us within 30 days from consultation/treatment date by replying to our email. There is no need for you to submit a new claim.

For Group Travel insurance (not applicable to Hang Seng Bank customers), the policy allows the insured person to receive follow-up medical consultations/treatments for the same sickness or injury during the journey within 365 days from date of return to Hong Kong. Any relevant medical receipt(s) must be sent to us within 30 days from consultation/treatment date by replying to our email. There is no need for you to submit another new claim.
