QBE Hong Kong has introduced the eClaims Service since August this year which is a simpler and faster way for you and your clients to submit claims for all QBE products anytime, anywhere, and via any devices.
Therefore, effective from 1 January 2021, QBE Hong Kong will only accept online claim submissions, and cease accepting any submission of paper claims forms via mails, emails or faxes. Please submit or advise your customers to submit claim online at QBE eClaims https://www.qbe.com/hk/en/eclaims by choosing the corresponding QBE product. From there, you can also find a step-by-step video and frequently-asked-questions to guide your online submission along the way.

To improve the user experience with Qnect, we are now undertaking a series of revamps on the interfaces and workflows of the platform. Qnect Negotiated Quote Submission & Quotation Dashboard and Pay Fast, the new features are available on Qnect Agent Portal effective from 1st September 2020.
Qnect Negotiated Quote Submission & Quotation Dashboard
New enhancement on Negotiated Quote function is now available on Qnect. Your first submission of quotation request can be now saved in the correspondence section of the record for your future easy reference. You can now submit the negotiated quote to us through Qnect instead of email and manage all your submitted quotes at one single point.

Pay Fast
You can send a one-time payment link to the customer for collecting the premium of the in-force policy. It is fast to complete the payment process without filling in the payment options form. Without a third party involved in processing the credit card information, customers can feel secured when paying online. Starting from 1 January 2021, please download the Payment Options Form from Qnect, if required.
