What are the renewal criterias for Qnect issued policy?

The Renewal Issue function in Qnect allows you to immediately renew your client’s QBE policy and issue the Renewal Certificate. There is no need to physically send any renewal instructions to QBE nor wait for the policy to be renewed by QBE, you can manage all this directly via Qnect in minutes.
You can only process a renewal for a policy in Qnect if it:
- is processed on or before the due date (you can still process the renewal however it will trigger an instruction to QBE for priority processing)
- is in ‘AR’ (Awaiting Renewal), ‘FR’ (First Reminder) and ‘SR’ (Second Reminder) status. Refer to the Renewal Status
- is a Qnect issued product (for renewals of non Qnect QBE product refer to Renewing a Non Qnect Issued Policy)
