You can refer your existing client’s portfolio to identify potential ECI opportunity where only one flat rate to be applied for any of your clients under the specific targeted industry. 1. QBE has updated the Relationship Manager. To check the contact information of your new relationship manager, please download and login to Qclub App, and navigate to the “Contact Us” page. You are able to call the Relationship Managers’ office phone, mobile phone or send email to them directly. 

For any enquires about Qclub, you can contact QBE Hong Kong appointed Qclub Service Vendor directly by clicking “Enquires and Support” on the app or email to [email protected] for assistance in the updated Qclub app (1 April 2020 version). Please read the user guide for more details and functions.

The importance of convenience and speed has never been more apparent than now as people and businesses try to settle into the new norm as fast as possible.

At QBE Hong Kong, we had to fast track our claims digitalisation journey to deliver a seamless and convenient digital claims experience to our customers 24/7 at their fingertips.

With the eClaims portal, our customers can now perform claims submission, view, edit and check their claims status anytime, anywhere, at their convenience. Instant confirmation will be sent immediately upon receipt of a claims submission and payment will be made via bank transfer - the entire process is efficient, direct and contactless.

The results show that our customers are loving the experience, and we are excited to continue evolving our digital offerings to better serve our customers.

What’s more for motor eClaims? 
 
Motor eClaims not only enables customers to file motor insurance claims on any device 24/7, but also connects them to QBE’s network of panel repairers and appointed surveyor. 

QBE’s panel repairers are situated across Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories neighbouring MTR stations, bringing customers the ultimate convenience and benefits than ever.


Homeowner Claims

We are almost one year into the COVID-19 pandemic. While everyone is adjusting to the "new normal" where we work and play in the confines of our home, the frequent use of our home makes home comfort a priority for everyone in the family. As such, we have introduced QBE Home Contractor services for customers who need home damage repair. Throughout the Home insurance eClaims process, customers can now choose to appoint a QBE Home contractor who will contact our customers within 4 business hours, this way our customers can experience a faster survey and settlement of claims. Customers need not make payment upfront, furthermore they enjoy a 12-month workmanship warranty for home repair.

2.  Online claims submit via Qnect 

Ease to submit claims for customers via Qnect, with a comprehensive view of all online claim submissions and status under your portfolio.

i)    Login to Qnect (partner.qbe.com/hk
ii)   Search the policy for claim submission 
iii)  Under the Policy Options tab, click "New Claim" 
iv)  Fill in the eClaims form and submit

To consolidate quotes and requests for all products (Qnect or non-Qnect products) on Quotation Dashboard, you can also instantly check the status of any quotes or request on Quotation Dashboard. 

Types of status include:

Pending Review Request is being reviewed by underwriters. Once the review is completed, you will be notified by email with the response and status update.
Pending Document Issuance Request is awaiting QBE to issue document.
Policy Issued Policy documents has been issued. You can retrieve the documents from the reference link.
Quotation Issued Quotation has been issued. You can view and download the quotation document from the reference link
Information Required You will receive an email from underwriter to ask for additional information.
Declined by Client Request or Quote was declined by client
Declined by QBE Request or Quote was declined by QBE underwriter. Please refer to the reason for rejection from the reference link.
Archived Request was obsolete and archived.
Converted Request was converted to another case type after clarification with requestor.
