The LMI Connect® MOBILE app is designed for smartphones. However, it may run on other devices such as the iPod Touch, iPads or Android tablets. The minimum operating system requirements are below:
LMI Connect® MOBILE for iOS:
- Optimised for iPhone
- Compatible with iPod Touch and iPad
- Requires iOS 5.0 or later
LMI Connect® MOBILE for Android:
- Optimised for android smartphone running 4.0+ with 4.8-inch or 5-inch screen
- Compatible with smaller screen android phone and tablets
- Requires 2.3.3 or later
Our LMI Connect® MOBILE app is free to download and operate. Of course, you will need to check with your mobile service provider for any data charges as well as your internet service provider when using LMI Connect® MOBILE on WiFi connection.
You will need to download LMI Connect® MOBILE app from the Apple iTunes store or Google Play Store onto your new smartphone or device.

No. You can still use LMI Connect® MOBILE without logging in. However, some of LMI Connect MOBILE services are generic, such as the premium calculator which will apply generic premium rates in the calculation. By logging into LMI Connect® MOBILE, your customised service, such as premium rates, will be applied where applicable.
You can login to LMI Connect® MOBILE app on as many smart devices as you like.
Definitely. Your LMI Connect® login is the same as the one in LMI Connect® MOBILE.
No. Our LMI Connect® MOBILE app is designed to work both online and offline, although some services will work differently when used in offline mode, such as the location wizard and premium calculator, where you will be unable to display Google Maps or share rate results.
LMI Connect MOBILE® is compatible on iPads and Android tablets. We’ll be providing optimised support for iPad and tablets in the future.
