Recruitment timelines

Our recruitment process involves:

• Application – July
• Assessment – August
• Selection – September

Our application process

Our application process can change each year. The most common application process includes:

1. An online application where you are required to submit your resume and current academic transcript. A cover letter is not required for our graduate program.
2. An online experience including ability, working style and personality assessments, and an exploration of QBE and our values.
3. A phone interview where you will speak with a member of the graduate recruitment team.
4. An online group assessment where you will solve a business challenge in a group of four.
5. A final in-person individual interview at our Auckland office.
6. Probity checks and offer to join the QBE graduate program.
