QBE Australia has entered into a three-year referral agreement with financial management platform provider, Thriday, giving small businesses access to QBE’s Small Business Insurance.

From 1 September, Thriday’s network of more than 30,000 Australian small business owners will be able to access the QBE portal via a referral link on the Thriday website, where they can obtain a quote and purchase insurance.

Jo Hatcher, Managing Director, Consumer for QBE Australia Pacific said this is one of many ways QBE works with Australian small businesses to deliver insurance solutions for their customers.

“We are excited to be working with Thriday. This arrangement will streamline the insurance purchasing journey for many busy small business owners, by having QBE small business accessible directly via the Thriday platform,” Ms Hatcher said.

Michael Nuciforo, Founder and CEO at Thriday said “We understand the importance of insurance and we’re excited to offer this referral service to busy small business owners to help make their operations more efficient.”

“Thriday already eliminates much of the financial admin saving business owners about 6 hours each week through its financial management platform, so adding operational cost efficiency is a great bonus. We’re proud to be working with QBE.”

The referral arrangement will provide Thriday customers with a discount of up to 10% on new QBE policies, subject to terms, and conditions (minimum premiums, may apply). For more information, visit: https://www.qbe.com/au/thriday
