QCyberPrepare
QCyberPrepare (powered by CYGNVS) is a secure, out-of-band platform for managing cyber incidents. It provides organisations with a safe place to communicate, store critical documents, and coordinate response, even when your normal network systems are compromised.
QCyberPrepare includes support from CYGNVS experts, starting with an onboarding call to help set up and configure the platform to your specific needs. From there, you can invite and collaborate with your internal teams and external advisors to prepare for and respond to cyber incidents effectively.
This is a complimentary service for all QBE primary customers.

- Optional scans of Active Directory and cloud assets for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and signs of attack

Eligible customers can select one of the below complimentary solutions each policy year:Using the power of AI, organisations can leverage an advanced attack simulation platform to target key personnel against social engineering-based cyber threats such as voice phishing (vishing), SMS phishing (smishing), and email phishing. Organisations can choose their preferred complimentary offering that can provide employee phishing training, specialist vishing campaigns or executive and/or high-risk individual targeted simulations. These solutions provide unique insights that strengthen cyber risk awareness, identify key employee vulnerabilities, reinforce best practices and enhance organisational cyber resilience.
