QBE Net-Zero Asset Owners Alliance update

QBE announces its resignation from the Net-Zero Asset Owners Alliance (NZAOA).

We are incorporating our approach to our ‘net zero investments by 2050’ commitment into our broader climate transition plan, which will be released in 2026. We will continue to work with our stakeholders to deliver on our broader sustainability strategy.

We have achieved our 2025 investment targets, which will be included in the next Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance’s Progress Report reflecting QBE’s contribution as a member. See pages 31-32 in our Annual Report for more information on our targets and progress.

Our departure does not diminish our focus on sustainability, nor impact our commitment to transition our investment portfolio to net-zero emissions by 2050.
